To help us maximize the number of devices we can place into the hands of veterans, military families, and active-duty service members, we kindly ask donors to cover the cost of shipping their donated devices at this time.

This change allows us to focus more of our limited resources on device preparation, secure data handling, and direct program support.

Once your shipment has been sent, please email donate@smartphonesforservicemembers.org with your tracking number. This helps us confirm receipt and process your donation as quickly as possible.
